About the Role

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our Video Security and Access Control (VS&A) team focused on the Pelco portfolio. The role involves managing a product portfolio, driving creative storytelling, and integrating messaging into the organization's overall objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Management to craft messaging and positioning that demonstrates the value of solutions and differentiates them in the market.
  • Acquire deep customer knowledge through market research, customer interviews, and segmentation analysis.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to understand differentiation, target customers, key industries, and buyer personas.
  • Create and execute go-to-market strategies to drive product awareness, adoption, and pipeline.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness and demand.
  • Develop internal and external content to enable Sales to effectively position and sell products.
  • Design and execute channel marketing strategies and collateral, including training, toolkits, and enablement materials.
  • Own product and feature launches, including messaging, positioning, target audience identification, and supporting content creation such as web pages, social media, collateral, and presentations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B.
  • Experience working with hardware/software cloud (SaaS) solutions, especially in video security/access control, is a plus.
  • Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct market and competitor research and analyze customer segmentation.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative storytelling ability and skill in creating compelling messages.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across teams.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, markets, and audiences.

Nice to Have

  • Degree concentration in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience with video security/access control solutions.
  • Experience with cloud-based SaaS solutions.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably B2B.
