About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates GE Vernova Grid Software products in the market.
• Develop go-to-market plans and ensure streamlined execution across teams.
• Provide transparency into product health and launch activities to the broader organization.
• Build and tell compelling stories across internal and external marketing and sales channels.
• Create thought leadership content and evangelize the solution.
• Communicate the value proposition of products to the sales team and develop supporting sales tools.
• Plan and manage the launch of new products and releases, coordinating cross-functional implementation.
• Be the expert on customer needs, buying criteria, and industry trends; analyze competition and market research data.
• Support the execution of ABM and other marketing programs to create awareness and demand.
• Create supporting content, sales enablement tools, and customer-facing presentations.
• Engage with customers, press, and analysts to promote products and articulate value.
• Establish and track product performance metrics, analyze product performance, and recommend investments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product marketing experience.
• Experience in software product marketing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience crafting differentiated messaging for products in competitive markets.
• Success in leading product launch and go-to-market processes.
• Experience enabling sales success with field and inside sales teams.
• Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling content.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Experience marketing software and/or industrial solutions.
• Experience working within a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of product marketing experience.
