About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager, Seller Success at Amazon.com Services LLC is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to improve seller experience and engagement across global markets. The role involves data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and leading marketing campaigns to support independent sellers who generate approximately 60% of Amazon store sales. The candidate will work closely with teams in Product, User Experience, Creative & Brand, and Technology to drive results and optimize marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across key markets.
  • Own, drive, and report on key global metrics related to onboarding, early member engagement, interest-to-registration conversion, and churn.
  • Project manage marketing efforts across the team to drive scale and visibility.
  • Develop and lead key business mechanisms.
  • Utilize multiple platforms to implement, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple countries.
  • Prepare reporting, monitor and optimize performance for multiple campaigns across several countries.
  • Compile regular search reports, keyword research and insights, to improve campaign performance.
  • Implement and measure A/B tests for ad copy, creative and landing pages globally.
  • Work with team members to create clear processes, deliver value, and share best practices among stakeholders.
  • Initiate and deliver WebLab experiments to prove hypotheses.
  • Support the team with ongoing, ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • Work closely with marketing funnel leaders to establish channel executions and share learnings.
  • Influence cross-channel performance execution and measurement.
  • Collaborate with marketing analysts to improve cross-channel performance, website event tracking, and dashboards.
  • Perform other tasks as defined by evolving business needs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs.
  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.
