The Marketing & Growth Organization is responsible for driving sustainable growth by understanding and championing our customers, building a culturally relevant brand, and delivering compelling products, services, and experiences. As a Lead Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the full 360° marketing execution for wireless solutions, from go-to-market strategy to launch, partnering across the organization to bring customer stories to life and differentiate our offerings in a competitive space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full 360° marketing execution for wireless product features, with a focus on enhanced connectivity solutions
  • Develop marketing briefs and messaging that align business priorities with customer value propositions
  • Partner closely with tactic owners across media, direct marketing, advertising, online, social, corporate communications, retail, and more to ensure seamless execution across all channels
  • Build Go-to-Market (GTM) plans that deliver results by aligning messaging, timing, and execution for maximum impact
  • Leverage data-driven insights and customer research to inform positioning and optimize campaigns
  • Champion the customer by ensuring every initiative prioritizes customer experience and value
  • Act as the connective tissue between product, marketing, and channel teams to ensure alignment and clear communication
  • Monitor performance, analyze results, and continuously iterate for improvement
  • Elevate the brand through innovative marketing tactics that differentiate wireless offerings in a competitive space

Requirements

  • Experience in leading full marketing campaigns, especially in wireless or technology sectors
  • Strong analytical thinking and creative storytelling skills
  • Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience leveraging data and customer insights to inform marketing decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in telecommunications or wireless connectivity marketing
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools
  • Previous leadership experience in product marketing roles

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or related field
  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in wireless or technology sectors
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and creative skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
