About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning.
• Drive marketing strategies that support business priorities to grow markets platforms businesses.
• Set clear goals and quantify the commercial impact of marketing initiatives.
• Inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization to influence and implement marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field; master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product marketing, particularly from Banks, Payments or FinTechs.
• Proven ability in developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of marketing principles, customer insights, and emerging trends in product marketing within financial services.

Nice to Have

• Candidates with a sound understanding of the payments ecosystem.
• Knowledge of cash management, liquidity, and/or trade finance.
