About the Role

The Product Marketing Specialist at Alpitronic is responsible for establishing and developing the interface between sales and product development across all product lines. The role involves defining the product portfolio of charging solutions based on customer and market requirements, participating in customer meetings and trade fairs as a technical contact, and supporting sales with technical expertise. The position is based in Charlotte, NC, within a company that is a leader in sustainable mobility and innovative charging infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Interface function between sales and the technical department.
Contribute to the definition of the product portfolio by recording, analyzing, clustering and prioritizing the use cases of customers and the derived product requirements.
Perform analysis of a technical nature on customer requirements and the competition within the truck charging area.
Participate in the proposal cycle based on strategic requests, providing technical and commercial input.
Support sales on technical issues during customer meetings and proposal design.

Requirements

Degree in electrical engineering or a comparable technical field of study, combined with business experience.
More than 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
Proactive and independent working style.
Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on mentality.
Interest in working in a dynamic and fast-growing company.
