Product Marketing Specialist I Intern 2025

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Marketing activities for BAE Systems at the Holston Army Ammunition Plant in Kingsport, TN
• Support strategic proposals and orders, as assigned
• Prepare and submit reports, as required
• Maintain sales database including the capture of all relevant information from external customers to support quotes and orders
• Ensure timely and complete communication with internal departments for smooth processing of the external customer requests
• Solicit and manage customer feedback with surveys and questionnaires
• Ensure compliance with all Business Development policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program majoring in Marketing or a business-related field
• Ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week
• Attention to detail and ability to learn tasks quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding team player with the ability to effectively work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Work in a professional environment

Nice to Have

• Recent Graduate holding a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other Business related program
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Marketing or a related field
• Ability to work at least 24 hours per week
