This position is responsible for product and application expertise in a specific technology to optimize customer process performance by recommending best fit (cost/performance) solution. The role acts as a liaison between R&D, Sales, and the customer, providing technical and application support to frontline sales teams, direct and indirect customers in the region, including product training, recommendations, problem solving, customer presentations, and trial support. It involves collaboration with various departments to determine feasibility, develop technical presentations, and support customer engagement, with a flexible work environment that can be home or office based and requires travel to customer sites and company locations.
