Product Strategist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develops a product's long-term vision and strategy, including a 3 to 5-year roadmap.
• Works with managers, subject matter experts, and lines of business to develop and implement new products, capabilities, and solutions that meet business objectives.
• Conducts market research to monitor trends and assess the efficacy of the product suite, making regular recommendations to management based on tracking and trends.
• Analyzes customer feedback and needs to drive solutions.
• Creates approaches to market products at all stages of the product lifecycle, including establishing measurable performance metrics.
• Directs marketing positioning and messaging to appeal to the target market and support the overall strategy.
• Partners with Communications to deliver messaging in creative and enhanced methods.
• Manages the product budget, plans and estimates resources needed, and is responsible for contracting, negotiation, and service level agreements.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a job-related field or 4 years of relevant work experience; or an Associate's degree plus 2 years of experience.
• At least 3 years of product experience, such as wellness, virtual care, transparency, etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
