About the Role

The Business Development Director - Professional Services Segment will be responsible for driving sales and growth within the Professional Services vertical. This role involves developing and executing go-to-market strategies, managing key client relationships, and acquiring new customers across multiple sub-segments within the vertical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Managing key client relationships.
  • Acquiring new customers across multiple sub-segments within the vertical.
  • Leading and taking ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with a proven track record in sales/BD in IT, BPS, or consulting services.
  • Strong experience in selling to large companies in Real Estate, Tax Advisory, HR & Staffing Industry, Management Consultancies, Security Services (e.g., Allied), & Facilities Management (Exp. in at least 2 of these areas is a MUST).
  • Understanding of the industry’s technology landscape, business challenges, & opportunities.
  • Strong consultative sales approach with experience in solution selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Confident and comfortable leading / taking ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary Range: $180,000-$220,000 a year.
