About the Role

The Program Manager - Integration Deal, M&A Integration at Cisco is responsible for driving the integration of key acquisitions to support Cisco's growth. The role involves working with acquisitions of varying size and complexity, ensuring security policies are met, and collaborating closely with technical teams in Security and Trust. The team is experienced, multidisciplinary, and focused on helping acquired businesses succeed and achieve business outcomes within Cisco's dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the team through the deal lifecycle (diligence, discovery, and integration).
  • Build and maintain detailed and consumable project plans including roadmaps with key milestones, deliverables, and owners in support of project/program goals.
  • Lead deal schedules, resources, and full change management to drive full integration of the acquired staff, systems, and products.
  • Partner with security specialists and other teams to bring the right people into the integration process at the right time.
  • Collect, maintain, and coordinate acquisition information in a way that is easily consumable for all teams.
  • Maintain detailed status reports and metrics for each deal.
  • Identify and drive remediation for critical issues throughout the integration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience coordinating technology/process change and technical projects, preferably in InfoSec, involving multiple internal and external teams.
  • Experience in crafting and running detailed project plans, defining milestones, tracking progress, and delivering results on time and within scope.
  • Demonstrable experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and applying Agile or Lean methodologies.
  • Experience facilitating operational, progress, or status meetings to ensure team alignment.

Nice to Have

  • Program Management Certifications such as PgMP, PMP, or CompTIA Project+.
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions.
  • Knowledge of the security industry.
