About the Role

The Growth Marketing team at Disney+ is responsible for driving new subscriber acquisition and supporting Disney Streaming's profitability objectives for Disney+ and The Disney Bundle. The team handles the planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns. Disney+ is a flagship direct-to-consumer streaming service offering a vast collection of movies, shows, and original content from Disney and its partners, available globally through various devices and platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and assist in applying Disney+'s display, video, and audio strategies to drive subscriber acquisition, conversion, and efficiency.
  • Own various essential tasks including budget management and reconciliation, media ad trafficking, tracking, and reporting.
  • Support team in development and evaluation of publisher RFPs, utilizing media research tools to create strong media plan recommendations.
  • Maintain media plan documentation, insertion orders, contact lists, post-launch proof of placement decks, etc., throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Execute Quality Assurance (QA) of ad tracking functionality and creative units to identify and resolve issues.
  • Track partner performance daily to ensure campaign effectiveness and hold partners accountable for achieving KPIs.
  • Compile updates on partner capabilities and offerings through vendor contact and share with the team.
  • Monitor trends, tools, opportunities, and applications in the digital media ecosystem and streaming industry, applying knowledge accordingly.
  • Support a fast-paced and dynamic working environment, including new products and businesses supported by large-scale media properties.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of professional work experience or internship; Digital Media Marketing internship experience preferred.
  • Some experience with direct response campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Marketing Platform suite (e.g., DV360, Campaign Manager) preferred.
  • Skilled in all Microsoft Office Products, specifically Excel.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Sense of humor and desire to have fun!

Nice to Have

  • Media agency internship experience.
  • Global/international media buying experience.
