Project Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer deployments: onboarding, tracking implementation milestones, and documenting workflows
• Assist leadership with high-priority internal projects, scheduling, meeting prep, and follow-ups
• Coordinate across teams (engineering, customer success, product) to keep projects moving
• Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies using internal tools
• Take clear meeting notes and ensure action items are followed through
• Maintain documentation, playbooks, and standard operating procedures
• Help identify blockers and escalate when needed
• Jump in wherever needed to help the team stay organized and on track

Requirements

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Organized and thorough — able to catch details others miss
• Proactive and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
• Familiar with tools like Google Docs, Jira, and Slack
• Comfortable in ambiguity, eager to learn and ask questions
• Interest in robotics, automation, and startup operations

Nice to Have

• Experience working in startup environments
• Knowledge of project management tools
• Interest or background in robotics or automation
