The role involves leading and coordinating projects across regions, managing resources, schedules, financials, and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle to deliver successful, on-time results while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate completion of routine to complex projects and provide support for key customers.
  • Proactively work with the Project management team to deliver timely project updates to the customer.
  • Follow up and report on at-risk tasks, services, or projects, escalating issues as needed.
  • Focus on continuous improvement of key KPIs.
  • Develop and manage all aspects of specific service or profit center supported and program engagement from planning, communications, risks, and issues.
  • Conduct evaluations and close projects upon completion.
  • Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service through regular contact with internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Track and process project billing, working with accounting to resolve billing or accounts receivable issues.
  • Forecast projects within the profit center or service supported.
  • Ensure proper setup of systems like ComPASS for engineers.
  • Monitor invoicing and ensure timely billing of service lines.
  • Process administrative report updates.
  • Deliver effective executive-level communication.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Managing or coordinating projects/customer relationships is mandatory.
  • Strong project/time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills across multiple business areas.
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments demonstrating teamwork and innovation.
  • Self-motivated, decisive, and adaptable to change and competing demands.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle urgent requests, and meet deadlines.
  • Must be articulate, professional, and customer service oriented.
  • Team-building skills with technical and non-technical staff.
  • High School Diploma with equivalent experience required; Associates Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer relationship management experience, including tracking and planning projects for large multinational organizations.
  • Experience managing service-based projects with large companies.
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Experience presenting to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate results, accountability, and collaboration across multiple areas.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with project management tools and systems beyond those listed.
  • Additional certifications in project management or related fields.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant customer relationship management experience.
