About the Role

Welcome to Parker Industrial Process Filtration. At Parker's Industrial Process Filtration Division, we collaborate with our customers to offer filtration solutions for complex contaminant management issues. Our aim is to enhance product quality and safeguard critical equipment against maintenance issues and downtime. The division supports North America and works with global Parker Hannifin regional entities to leverage IPF products worldwide. The role involves implementing product commercialization, coordinating cross-functional activities across departments such as marketing, sales, planning, engineering, manufacturing, materials, production, and cost accounting to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of the product commercialization process including project function, schedule, and budget.
Develop project implementation plans in collaboration with other functional departments.
Track projects compared to plan with focus on function, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate team activities to meet all the projects goals.
Monitor project results and communicate any shortfalls with the project team and management.
Recommend corrective action when a project plan does not meet objectives.
Hold regular update meetings.
Track and monitor projected product costs.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing.
2-3 years of job related experience.
PC literate (MS Office, Lotus Notes, MS Project and AutoCAD preferred).
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with contacts.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
