We are looking for a Proposal Coordinator, TAS to join our CT_MTCS team in United States. As a Proposal Coordinator, you'll be a key player in preparing and managing quotes, entering orders, and maintaining accurate files - all while contributing directly to our sales team's success.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare cost proposals for materials, man hours, and drafting hours to generate customer quotes.
Prioritize and track proposal timelines to meet customer deadlines.
Gather and maintain paperwork and files to ISO standards.
Enter orders into the ERP and follow up through delivery.
Provide administrative support and perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

2-5 years of administrative experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong follow-through.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.
