About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to manage RFIs and change orders.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating project activities.
• Provide administrative support for project coordination tasks.
• Organize and schedule meetings to ensure efficient project operations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in project coordination and administration.
• Ability to handle RFIs and change orders effectively.
• A minimum of 6 months experience in administrative duties.
