About the Role

The City of Chicago is seeking a Project Coordinator responsible for program administration within the city government. The role involves supporting various city projects and ensuring effective coordination and implementation of initiatives, contributing to the city's operational goals and community development.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support city projects and programs to ensure successful implementation.
Assist in the administration of programs, including planning, monitoring, and reporting activities.
Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
Ensure compliance with city policies and procedures related to project management.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Public or Business Administration, Social Sciences, Planning or a related field.
Three years of progressively responsible experience in program administration or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Must provide transcripts or diploma, professional license, or training certificates at the time of processing if applicable.
Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license at the time of processing.
Successfully complete an interview process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Public or Business Administration, Social Sciences, Planning or a related field.
Three years of relevant experience in program administration.
