Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution of medium-size projects, ensuring all activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets.
Lead the project team, establish the project execution approach, and oversee planning, monitoring, and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
Monitor and control project progress, ensure efficient resource utilization, and manage project financials.
Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks, and ensure all opportunities are identified and pursued.
Drive the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in engineering.
Minimum 12 years experience in manufacturing leadership in a multi-level organization.
Experience in Governance and Performance, Benefits and Value, Stakeholder Management, Risk and Opportunity Management, Project Finance and Cost, Quality Management, Procurement, and Contract Management.
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in engineering.
Minimum 12 years experience in manufacturing leadership in multi-level organization.
