About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the planning and design of the project implementation strategy, methodologies, and approaches through development of the Project Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP).
  • Liaise closely with project partners and stakeholders to develop consolidated project plans.
  • Implement the project with high quality, ensuring completion of activities on time, within budget, and within scope.
  • Recommend changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs to upper management and adjust accordingly, observing donor and organizational policies.
  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities to project team members, and monitor progress of individual work plans.

Requirements

  • University degree in Project Management, Social Sciences, or Communication.
  • Experience managing Child Protection in Emergencies programme interventions.
  • Proven experience in Case Management, Family Tracing and Reunification processes, and establishment of Child and Youth Friendly Spaces.
  • Proven capacity to track project performance and analyze the successful completion of goals.
  • Ability to delegate tasks based on team members' strengths and experience.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders and third parties/vendors.
  • Proven experience in project and budget management, including management of human resources.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in emergency response contexts.
  • Knowledge of donor policies and procedures related to project management.

  • Educational background in Project Management, Social Sciences, or Communication.
