Pandell's Project Services team is a fast-moving team responsible for facilitating the implementation of the Pandell suite of 5+ product groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of medium to large-scale client implementations.
  • Responsible for implementation projects for new and existing Pandell customers.
  • Lead meetings with clients to discuss product implementation and statuses.
  • Participate in organizing project and development activities for assigned projects.
  • Develop a project plan (milestones, tasks, timeline).
  • Liaise between customers, Pandell data conversion/development teams, and business subject matter experts to ensure that business needs are identified, defined, and documented.
  • Facilitate the analysis, planning, and execution of solutions to resolve various customer requests.

Requirements

  • Experience with software implementation projects from kick-off to go live.
  • Experience creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Working knowledge or experience with internal collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience working with and leading cross-functional teams including business analysts, data conversion specialists, developers and quality assurance.
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with clients, at operational and leadership levels.
  • Familiarity with change control processes and scope management.
  • Skilled in facilitating status meetings, milestone reviews, and stakeholder updates.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, along with acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to use right-size tools and techniques to fit the project at hand.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Land Management and Land Management Software.
  • Experience with GIS Applications.
  • Familiarity with utilities, renewables, pipeline, and/or oil & gas applications.
  • SQL knowledge.
  • Experience with MS Project.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, GIS, Land Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ Years of project management experience, preferably in software implementation or land systems (e.g., land records, GIS, lease/contract management).
  • Experience working with utilities, renewables, oil & gas, or land services companies is a strong asset.
  • PMP certification or similar credentials (preferred but not required).
