Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including engineers (mechanical, electrical, software), manufacturing and other departments.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring project objectives are met.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assist with technical proposals, including scope, cost estimates, and timelines.
• Maintain alignment with company objectives and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Project Management, Microsoft Project, Automation, Manufacturing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in automation or custom manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, etc.).
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and managing BOMs (Bills of Materials).

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, or equivalent).
• Experience with Visual Basic, VBA, or other programming tools to develop custom solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and advanced usage of MS Office products.
• Experience in managing projects involving automation, software development, or manufacturing.
• Military experience with disciplined, process-driven environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
