This position reports to the Customer Support Manager and focuses on being the primary customer contact for the day-to-day operations on assigned projects, managing project profitability, revenue, margin bill rates, and resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute project work plans to meet changing client needs and requirements
Ensure that the project team has a clear understanding of contractual requirements
Coordinate directly with scheduling, operations, quality control, and shipping departments to ensure timely order completion and delivery
Lead the contract review of new projects and define the scope prior to project initiation
Serve as the main point of contact between customers in the USA and factories located overseas

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or business
5+ years of experience in project management
Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a matrix team/organization
Ability to interface and build strong relationships with customers and management
PMP certification is preferred
