Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
• Provide business analysis support during requirements gathering, solution validation, and execution.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.
• Collaborate with management, clients, and internal associates to gain information, advice, and cooperation, building strong working relationships.
• Work closely with internal associates and/or external clients to understand business requirements and promote successful implementation of the project.
• Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and resolve conflicts within the team.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions.
• Build and maintain key business relationships.
• Share lessons learned and project management best practices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of business analysis experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience or related experience in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet) and general business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing project budgets.
• Ability to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Qualifications
