Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, tracking all project milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage contract documents, ensuring they are complete, current, and filed appropriately.
• Set and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Interface with engineering leads to ensure schedules are compliant with project timelines.
• Interface with project engineers to ensure successful design output as approved by the client.
• Review project submittal drawings and fabrication drawings for adherence to design intent.
• Meet budgetary objectives for fabrication projects.
• Generate change orders and obtain customer approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.) and Smartsheets.
• 2-3+ years of manufacturing project management experience.
• Ability to review manufacturing drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing manufacturing drawings.
• Ability to manage project schedules and documentation.
