Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support Resource Planning and tracking activities.
• Support managing project schedules.
• Support development of program plans and Gantt charts.
• Organize data, track/trend, and work with team to identify potential issues.
• Facilitate change management process within customer product lines.
• Host / facilitate Weekly and Monthly Operating Reviews and other meetings.
• Be a critical thinking leader who is assertive and can drive actions, thinking outside the box.

• Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable pushing highly technical and global teams for updates.
• Initiative-taker with the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple / competing deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet formulas, functions, dashboards, and team collaboration.
• Strong MS Office skills, specifically in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, equations).
• 3+ years of Project Management experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and local to Cincinnati, OH with on-site presence required.
• Experience with some GE Finance Systems (e.g., Spotfire, Clarity PPM) is preferred but not required.
• Some technical or aerospace background is desired but not required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with GE Finance Systems such as Spotfire, Clarity PPM.

Qualifications

• Associates of Science degree in a related field or 3+ years equivalent work experience.
