Key Responsibilities

  • Creates, manages, and executes project scope, schedule, resources, and change management initiatives.
  • Communicates and documents project plan, status updates, business goals, and governance plan to team and stakeholders.
  • Identifies and manages project risks, issues, and opportunities proactively.
  • Collaborates with specialists both inside and outside the organization with assigned tasks to deliver subject matter expert activities.
  • Ensures project deliverables are on time, high quality, and on budget.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in coordinating small or departmental projects.
  • 1 year of experience in a professional working environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in facilitating and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets and other financial skills.
  • Proficient at a high level in Microsoft Office products.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills, to include facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to address and creatively manage conflict.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage timelines.
  • Personal organization and time management skills.
  • Personal adaptability.
  • Listening skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to keep teams focused on achieving desired results and not just completing tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to focus on relationships within teams to ensure results are achieved.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Master's degree in related field, ex: Business Administration, Health Administration, or Science.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in appropriate field.
