Key Responsibilities

Manage various types of projects within time, cost and quantity measures
Lead project planning, including scope definition, resource planning, project plan definition and schedule development
Solicit and document requirements clearly and concisely
Secure resources and assign work to resources in coordination with resource managers
Manage hours expended and track against initial sizing estimates
Manage execution and coordinate with the team on completion of the project plans

Requirements

4+ years of experience in business and IT program and project management
3+ years experience with Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint
2+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry
Demonstrated history of direct client engagement while delivering technology/software enhancements to clients
Ability to represent technical delivery tasks to non-technical and/or business resources

Nice to Have

Project Management Professional, (PMP) certification
Experience in the Credit Card Issuing and/or software industries
Familiarity with Project Management tools
