Project Manager, F-35 Sustainment PMO - Level 4

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects to improve F-35 fleet readiness.
• Serves as liaison between the program management office and relevant functional teams.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Requirements

• Sustainment experience supporting a defense contract.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with integrated master schedules and relevant scheduling tools (Project, OpenPlan, etc).
• Strong coordination, integration, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-domain team.
• Experience with military logistics and supply chain management.
• Ability to multi-task and be organized.
• Security Clearance: Must be a US Citizen with a Secret clearance.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Department of Defense acquisition.
