About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Completes and manages organization of project documentation.
• Understands the financial details of each project.
• Assists or leads business development opportunities.
• Manages project execution so that project deliverables are of high quality and meet stakeholder expectations.
• Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in the most efficient manner possible.
• Ensures project deliverables are deployed and turned over smoothly and efficiently.
• Prepares, implements, and monitors schedule and cost estimates.
• Prepares project plans that guide project execution to a successful conclusion.
• Identifies project staffing needs and assists in forming effective project teams.
• Assigns tasks to project staff to optimize team performance.
• Identifies and procures resources necessary to complete projects.
• Proactively detects and evaluates issues/risks.
• Communicates project information including approach, progress, forecasts, and issues to stakeholders.
• Manages project teams by tracking performance, providing feedback, and motivating staff.
• Provides guidance on best practices and standards for projects.
• Manages and administers relevant subcontract agreements.
• Coordinates company response to RFP or customer request for quotation.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years related project management experience.
• Experience with database software/database design including report generation.
• Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multitask.
• Must have excellent communication/customer service skills.
• Experience with MS Office Software.

Nice to Have

• Troubleshooting, debugging and testing.
• Web-based development and programming language.
• Systems/Software support and hardware interfacing skills.
• Desired experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
