About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple tank cleaning projects, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Line up crews for different assignments and ensure all equipment is in working order.
• Manage the manifesting of different types of waste for disposal.
• Communicate directly with customer representatives via daily updates by phone and email.
• Assist management in day-to-day operations and ensure personnel are compliant with monthly training assignments.
• Plan, lead, organize, and coordinate all aspects of project work from bid process through completion.
• Ensure projects are completed safely according to procedures and safety plans.

Requirements

• Seven years of industrial cleaning environment experience with 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial cleaning equipment.
• Prior project management/supervisory experience with leadership skills.
• Ability to research, plan, and follow-up leads to secure business.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and team facilitation skills.
• Technical writing skills and verbal communication proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship building and conflict resolution.
• Ability to develop solutions to resolve account problems.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and organization skills.
• Ability to prioritize to meet multiple deadlines.
• Two-year technical degree with seven years in industrial cleaning or equivalent experience; preferred BS in related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing bid proposals and successful project execution.
• Experience in technical writing and verbal communication.
• Experience in research and follow-up to secure business.
