Project Manager IS

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, organize, and coordinate all aspects of project work from bid process through completion.
• Ensure projects are completed safely according to job procedure plans and safety execution plans.
• Communicate effectively with customers, field crews, and operations managers.
• Ensure appropriate and reliable equipment and fully trained personnel are on site.
• Develop and support sales plans to support profitable revenue objectives.
• Act as primary liaison between customer and HPC operations to resolve service issues.
• Monitor account activity to meet customer KPIs.
• Cultivate relationships to retain clients and generate referrals.
• Review project proposals to determine time frames, funding, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Establish work plans and staffing for each project phase, including recruitment or assignment of personnel.
• Support customers during contract implementation and throughout the relationship, seeking feedback and ensuring satisfaction.
• Communicate account activity and requirements with support staff to maintain high service levels.
• Develop, present, and execute sales and marketing plans for existing accounts.
• Coordinate and present business reviews and planning meetings as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Seven years of experience in an industrial cleaning environment with 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing bid proposals through successful project execution.
• Ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial cleaning equipment.
• Proven leadership skills with project management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to research, plan, and follow-up on leads to secure business.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, verbal and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in technical writing and verbal communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship building and conflict resolution.
• Ability to develop solutions to resolve account problems.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize to meet multiple deadlines.
• TWIC card required.
• Willingness to travel approximately 80% within the US.

Nice to Have

• Experience in management of bid proposals and project execution.
• Prior project management/supervisory experience with proven leadership skills.
