About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects to improve workflows, optimize performance, and introduce new processes.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive solutions with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ensure documentation aligns with ISO standards.
• Train and mentor future Team Leaders.
• Support ongoing development for operators and support staff to foster a growth-focused culture.
• Step in for absent Team Leaders to oversee hourly associates and coordinate operations.
• Balance workloads, resolve day-to-day issues, and manage attendance to ensure accurate payroll.
• Champion open dialogue and collaborative problem-solving across departments.
• Participate in the Team Leader Continuous Improvement Team to shape strategy from the ground up.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree.
• Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas) and Word.
• Strong analytical and communication skills across all plant levels.

Nice to Have

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 1-3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus, but not required—rising talent is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Educational background as specified in requirements.
• Experience or skills in project management, team leadership, or manufacturing environment preferred.
