Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily servicing of commercial accounts with precision
• Respond promptly to client inquiries about coverages and policies
• Prepare quotes for new and renewal business using online quoting platforms
• Develop a thorough understanding of our insurance products
• Ability to confidently tailor recommendations to clients
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor on calls and in person
• Identify opportunities to recommend products that align with client needs

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license or commercial lines experience
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Self-starter attitude with strong communication and customer service skills
• Solid understanding of insurance products, concepts, and best practices
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and database software
