Proposal Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support pursuit teams in implementation of capture planning processes and contribute to proposal content supporting all levels of effort (LOE) for proposals and collateral pieces under supervision.
• Conduct research to identify best qualifications, experience, and competitor information; maintain and leverage marketing information including qualifications statements, project descriptions, and resumes.
• Create and support marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and technical capability documents, ensuring consistency of message and adherence to brand standards.
• Assist in the development of proposals and other sales/marketing deliverables, working with close supervision and adopting best practices.
• Respond to requests for information and client research assistance, and help organize and update qualification and project content.
• Support action planning, progress tracking, and maintain organized, accessible proposal and qualification files.
• Learn and apply process/principles of standard capture planning and contribute to proposal development efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in proposal and presentation planning, coordination, page layout, drafting tailored proposal content, graphics development, and editing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and MS Office (PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with emphasis on persuasive writing and presentation ability.
• Experience or familiarity with AEC industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe InDesign and Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Knowledge of AEC sales and marketing techniques.
• Experience creating proposals and marketing collateral.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in proposal and presentation planning, graphics, and editing.
