About the Role

Cadent ignites seamless connections between brands, publishers & consumers. Our predictive AI orchestrates outcomes on any platform customers are on, across any media they consume & at any stage of the journey. The company is seeking a Publisher Development Manager to serve as the main point of contact for publisher partners accessing Cadent's technology and marketplace, managing relationships, revenue, and growth opportunities within their portfolio. The role involves account setup, launch, ongoing support, and identifying expansion opportunities, requiring analysis, communication, and customer service skills. The position offers insight into digital ad tech and collaboration with various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Monitors day to day performance and revenue trends across their portfolio.
Oversees and ensures accounts are set up properly and in compliance with industry standards.
Liaisons and advocates for publishers with internal groups at AMX (ex: Product, Tech, Finance, Marketing).
Regularly communicates with and provides insights to publishers to help them increase performance for their accounts, including quarterly business reviews, initial performance reviews, insight emails, and regular calls.
Analyzes accounts and publishers' content for opportunities to improve or expand each publisher's account performance.
Provides top tier account services and support to the publisher community.

Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Organized and accurate.
Fast learner and analytical with problem-solving skills.
Takes ownership of role.
Curious and eager to continue learning.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
