About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Automation Test Engineer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Java and Selenium. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of test automation frameworks, testing best practices, and continuous integration tools.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java
Build and maintain robust test automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Page Object Model, etc.)
Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand requirements and design test cases
Integrate test suites with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
Perform regression, functional, UI, and cross-browser testing
Log, track, and verify defects using tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or TestRail
Analyze test results and provide reports with detailed defect analysis
Continuously improve test processes, coverage, and automation strategy

Requirements

5+ years of experience in test automation using Java and Selenium
Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and testing best practices
Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
Knowledge of defect tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or TestRail
Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
