Quality Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Verifying and trending test results of in-process finished product and raw materials, as measured by production, quality, and support operators.
• Supporting the positive release program execution for all finished goods, including manual release in SAP.
• Registering product holds in SAP, consolidating and distributing all supporting documents and files to stakeholders.
• Collecting and trending data related to quality and food safety aspects to monitor trends and calculate standard deviations, including data such as product release, product on hold, dispositions, environmental results, and CCP/OPRP compliance.
• Applying critical thinking to data management and alerting Quality Management on serious issues detected based on data analysis findings and trends.
• Liaising with other stakeholders to investigate specific trends requiring follow-up and preventive actions.
• Supporting the Quality Lab Manager with document control process management and updating lab policies and procedures.
• Providing support on projects/tasks such as entering work orders and purchase orders in SAP.
• Working with other departments to achieve overall company objectives and reduce industrial variability.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or higher strongly preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in data collection and/or data management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically strong Excel skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage projects in a changing, complex environment.
• Collaborative and pragmatic mindset.

Nice to Have

• SAP experience is preferred.
