Key Responsibilities

Investigate and analyze scope of defects, as required
Document defects into data base and/or handheld data collection device, using product specific defect lists and descriptions as a guide
Route forms to respective manager in a timely manner
Perform outgoing quality level inspections on completed pieces, including specific client contractual minimums
Ensure defects are assigned to proper department management and providing essential documentation for tracking and analysis

Requirements

Experience working in a team environment towards a common goal
Ability to work under minimal direct supervision
Basic computer skills (data entry, PC navigation, Excel and Outlook)

Nice to Have

Quality and/or inspection experience in production environment
A high school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education and military experience
Able to perform basic math skills with accuracy and attention to detail
A team player that works well with others but can also work independently
