We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team, dedicated to ensuring the quality and reliability of our payment processing application, with extensive experience in test planning, scenario creation, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and cases to ensure robust coverage
  • Automate UI tests using Selenium/PlayWright for regression and performance testing
  • Perform thorough API testing with Postman/RestAssured to validate endpoints
  • Utilize Cucumber/TestNG for creating efficient and reusable test automation frameworks
  • Debug and analyze defects using advanced logging tools like Splunk/AppInsights
  • Strong expertise in writing Splunk queries
  • Collaborate effectively within Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments to deliver high-quality software

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 5+ years of experience in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, JavaScript, or Python
  • 4+ years of experience with SQL skills for performing detailed database testing
  • 4+ years of experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub for seamless integration and deployment processes
  • All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy

Qualifications

  • Experience with test automation frameworks
  • Knowledge of API and UI testing tools
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments
