About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Drive design and implementation of modern digital web applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain digital platforms meeting enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with UX designers, UI, service engineers, and integration teams to implement web solutions.
• Perform code review, quality checks, defect analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Identify, communicate, and implement front-end best practices.
• Provide technical leadership in projects.
• Coordinate onsite/offshore teams.
• Debug and address UI performance issues and ensure UI performance testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• Minimum 12+ years of overall experience in front-end technologies and responsive web design.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience leading React JS implementations.
• Strong knowledge and implementation experience in ReactJS and Next.js Web Framework.
• Deep understanding of React Next.js components, rendering, handlers, server actions, and advanced routing capabilities.
• Hands-on experience in React-based complex web development, including JavaScript, DOM manipulation, OOP, CSS, SCSS, HTML5, Redux, ContextAPI, React Hooks API.
• Experience in cross-platform React Native mobile app implementations.
• Knowledge of Node.js, GraphQL, Apollo Client.
• Knowledge in Micro Front-end architecture and design.
• Proven experience in DevOps, pipelines, and deployments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively via telephone, email, or face-to-face.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge in spring boot Java-based microservices development and integrations.
• Experience in the Retail domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or three years of relevant experience.
