About the Role

The Recruitment Marketing Digital Specialist will lead talent attraction efforts through innovative digital marketing campaigns for an advanced technology company dedicated to solving the nation's toughest challenges through innovation. The role involves managing both organic and paid social media campaigns, developing content, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and tracking campaign effectiveness to support enterprise and talent attraction objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage both organic and paid social media campaigns, along with broader paid media strategies.
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including online advertising and social media deliverables.
  • Support talent attraction campaigns across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with talent attraction, culture, and marketing teams to develop content that aligns with brand narrative and campaign goals.
  • Ensure content supports specific objectives and reaches defined audiences.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives to inform future strategies.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment using creative, strategic thinking and project management skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading, planning, developing, and executing digital marketing campaigns, including online advertising and social media deliverables.
  • 2+ years of experience managing recruitment marketing strategies to promote employer brand and attract high-performing talent in evolving markets.
  • Experience with content creation across multiple social media platforms to engage target audiences.
  • Experience managing partnerships with outside vendors.
  • Experience driving campaigns across collaborative, multi-disciplinary project teams in large or matrixed organizations including talent, marketing, social media, and analytics.
  • Experience with technology and talent acquisition systems, including Applicant Tracking, Candidate Relationship Management, Artificial Intelligence, and Social Media Platforms.
  • Experience executing digital campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, or Indeed.
  • Ability to distill complex information into clear, engaging messages.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or Marketing.

  • Experience delivering employer branding, recruitment marketing, or digital marketing within a Fortune 500 company.
  • Ability to deliver a portfolio of work samples.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Master's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or Marketing.
