About the Role

Nestlé USA is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to support the recruiting organization by developing and leading content and campaigns that enhance brand awareness, attract top talent, and activate candidate engagement across assigned functions. The role involves serving as the Employer Brand champion for Nestlé in the U.S., fostering an inclusive workplace that encourages innovation, strategic thinking, and continuous learning. The position emphasizes empowering employees to challenge the status quo, embrace risk-taking, and pioneer new ideas within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing a wide range of messaging that expresses our Employee Value Proposition and elevates our brand for specific talent segments, e.g., corporate functions.
  • Establishing and executing the digitalized recruitment marketing strategy across core social media platforms to attract the target audience and build proactive pipelines of top talent.
  • Leading the email marketing strategy using CRM technology (Avature) to develop and execute cadenced, targeted email campaigns that educate, engage, and activate talent audiences.
  • Advancing the Talent Acquisition digital attraction strategy by maintaining our We Are Nestlé jobs channel, creating social media content, and analyzing performance data to drive and optimize usage.
  • Increasing the visibility of our job openings by building and managing the performance of programmatic campaigns and managing sponsorships.
  • Partnering with internal Recruitment Marketing Consultants and NiM counterparts to update content and drive site performance for nestlejobs.com, aligning digital objectives with organizational goals.
  • Serving as a strategic advisor to Talent Acquisition and business partners on recruitment marketing campaign tactics and content.
  • Championing the candidate experience from first touchpoint to onboarding, ensuring all external recruiting content/communications are on-brand and high-quality, and partnering with creative teams as needed.
  • Analyzing and presenting key recruitment marketing metrics to inform campaigns, programs, content, and tactics, including monthly scorecards and quarterly reviews.
  • Creating internal team communications to drive productivity and collaboration, and supporting business-facing communications to demonstrate recruiting scope and impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, digital media, business, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of hands-on recruitment marketing, employer brand, or digital experience.
  • Extraordinary storytelling skills including creative direction, copywriting, and editing.
  • Ability to craft compelling, emotional, and relevant messages.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including establishing relationships with internal and external partners, building cross-functional partnerships, and influencing senior executives.
  • Proven organizational, project management, and prioritization skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM technology.
  • High-energy self-starter who is intellectually curious and passionate about digital engagement experiences.

Nice to Have

  • Demonstrated experience leveraging data analytics to optimize channel performance, content strategies, and ROI.
  • Ability to develop creative, innovative strategies across digital platforms including websites, social media, targeted campaigns, email marketing, SEO, and events.
  • Experience managing digital production projects such as video and photo shoots.
  • Familiarity with Avature or similar CRM platforms.
  • Background in a digital agency environment with a strong understanding of fast-paced, client-focused project delivery.
  • Creative, collaborative, and relationship-building approach with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in marketing, communication, digital media, business, or related fields.
  • Experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding for 1-2 years.
