About the Role

The Technical Product Development Manager will establish and lead a center of excellence for A&H products across Chubb Latin America, focusing on pricing and underwriting tools. The role involves driving the development of new product and service opportunities based on global experience, local and international public data, and actuarial knowledge. The position aims to design solutions that meet client protection needs while maintaining profitability aligned with Chubb's goals. It is a growth-oriented, customer-centric role covering the full spectrum of A&H products, including DM, Travel, and Basic Book. The Manager will report to the A&H Head of product proposition and collaborate with underwriting teams.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and lead a center of excellence for A&H products across Chubb Latin America.
Drive development of new product and service opportunities based on global experience, local and international data, and actuarial knowledge.
Design solutions that cover client protection needs while ensuring profitability in line with company goals.
Coordinate with the underwriting team and other internal departments such as actuarial, claims, operations, and product development.
Support growth initiatives and customer-centric product strategies within the A&H product spectrum.

Requirements

Experience in product development, underwriting, or related roles within the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of A&H insurance products, pricing, and underwriting tools.
Ability to analyze data and actuarial information to develop innovative insurance solutions.
Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including underwriting, actuarial, claims, and operations.
Leadership skills to establish and manage a center of excellence for A&H products.
