About the Role

The Regional Account Executive at Bisnow is a high-energy, strategic sales role focused on owning and growing a high-volume business portfolio within the commercial real estate media and events industry. The position involves driving revenue through sponsorship sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's mission of connecting and informing the CRE industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with marketing executives across various asset classes and sectors in targeted markets.
  • Drive event sponsorship sales by researching and confirming sponsor participation for commercial real estate conferences.
  • Assist the event production team in creating sponsor-friendly programs aligned with client interests.
  • Brainstorm and propose fresh, relevant industry topics to stay ahead of trends.
  • Understand and meet individual and team KPIs, including sales and event targets, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Document daily activities and client interactions in Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to accelerate sales cycles and expand reach into target accounts.
  • Participate enthusiastically in all events, activities, and training sessions as directed by the DOJO (office) leader.
  • Attend and emcee market events to engage with attendees and promote sponsorship opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the marketplace and how to deliver value to partners.
  • Become an expert on the Bisnow platform to advise clients on the most valuable products.
  • Investigate and resolve client concerns promptly.
  • Prospect potential strategic partners, including advertisers and sponsors, for both online and offline platforms.
  • Manage and own strategic sales cycles, focusing on client goals and company success metrics.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of direct B2B outside sales experience, preferably in Commercial Real Estate or Advertising Sales.
  • Innate hustle, enthusiasm, and a strategic mindset with an entrepreneurial yet disciplined work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced, and changing sales environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and closing skills with a natural hunter mentality.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations, evaluate options, and exercise judgment.
  • Track record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing solutions.
  • Receptiveness to feedback and ability to work well within a team.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire for continuous learning and process improvement.
  • Resilience and a positive mental attitude, capable of handling rejection and setbacks.
