About the Role

The Regional Account Executive at EchoStar is responsible for supporting retail store locations, providing coaching and training to sales representatives, supporting marketing events, and driving sales performance across the region. EchoStar is a company reimagining the future of connectivity with a diverse portfolio including satellite television, streaming, smart home services, and mobile plans. The Retail Wireless team, serving Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile brands, is a disruptive force in the wireless market with a focus on innovation and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit retail store locations and provide coaching, training via role plays and side-by-side selling with store sales representatives.
  • Support local marketing events and onsite retailer table day events.
  • Conduct local and regional training for dealers, master agent partners, and internal teams.
  • Inspect and drive marketing campaigns at retail stores.
  • Make daily calls to stores to help drive performance.
  • Receive calls as first point of contact to help resolve dealer escalations.
  • Maintain and drive accountability of Gen Mobile brand standards in all stores in the region.
  • Communicate with store owners to drive their business sales performance.
  • Communicate with Master agent reps and teams to drive sales performance.
  • Implement plans to exceed sales quota across the territory.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of all Gen Mobile products and services and the multi-carrier landscape.

Requirements

  • Wireless sales experience required, indirect sales or pre-paid experience preferred.
  • Mandarin speaking required.
  • Ability to adapt well to change and work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Availability to quickly formulate and provide solutions for escalations during retail business hours.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Ability to provide sales and marketing counseling to owners and sales representatives.
  • Ability to travel to multiple regions, conduct trainings, and work with multiple teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting and speaking to a team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in indirect sales or pre-paid wireless sales.

Qualifications

  • Experience in wireless sales, indirect sales, or pre-paid sales.
  • Mandarin language proficiency.
