Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities within a prescribed Regional Sales Territory through sourcing and prospecting efforts via high-volume calling and emailing.
  • Strategize with the Sales Management team on how to sell into large commercial and retail buildings, office parks, and professional campuses within the region.
  • Complement prospecting and selling efforts with fieldwork such as building walks, lobby events, property management relationships, and face-to-face customer meetings.
  • Understand customer needs and educate them on connectivity solutions through consultative and relationship-building sales techniques.
  • Consistently update efforts in the Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Achieve targeted monthly revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 0-2+ years of solid sales experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with revenue deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office and other software applications.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in sales within the telecommunications or ISP industry.
  • Knowledge of regional commercial real estate or property management.
