Regional Director of Admissions and Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Admission Directors and RN Liaisons in the Greensboro and Charlotte NC areas.
• Focus on improving care transitions from the acute care setting to short-term post-acute setting.
• Drive successful tactics and strategies through data analysis and strategic business development.
• Set and follow through on goals and objectives.
• Manage projects related to admissions and marketing.
• Build strong customer relationships with hospital staff, middle management, and senior leadership.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to develop high-performing teams.

Requirements

• Proven track record of past sales performance.
• Strategic business development skills, including business planning and data analysis.
• Effective goal and objective setting and follow-through.
• Project management experience.
• Strong customer relationship building qualities with hospital staff and management.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and development skills.
• Preferred candidates will hold at a minimum, a bachelor's degree.
• Healthcare management experience is preferred.
