Regional Director of Business Development

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development at all company sites by providing leadership and structure to Directors of Business Development.
• Play a key role in developing new territories as the company expands into new markets.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction for business growth initiatives.
• Support and oversee the efforts of Directors of Business Development.

Requirements

• Proven track record of health care marketing success in Behavioral Health and Addictions.
• Multi-site leadership experience preferred, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge and experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexibility with days and times as needed.
• Ability to work independently.
• Pleasant personality.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of and experience with insurance systems.
• Experience with health care marketing.
• Experience with multi-site leadership.

Qualifications
