About the Role

NinjaOne is growing, and we're looking for a dynamic Regional Marketing Manager to help impact our pipeline goals. In this role, you will partner with sales, sales development, and the cross-functional marketing team to create impactful programs that fuel pipeline, elevate thought leadership, and increase brand awareness. You’ll also play a key role in activating our partner marketing efforts. NinjaOne automates the hardest parts of IT to deliver visibility, security, and control over all endpoints for more than 20,000 customers. The NinjaOne automated endpoint management platform is proven to increase productivity, reduce security risk, and lower costs for IT teams and managed service providers. NinjaOne is obsessed with customer success and provides free and unlimited onboarding, training, and support. NinjaOne is #1 on G2 in endpoint management, patch management, remote monitoring and management, and mobile device management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans that align with corporate strategy and sales objectives targeting internal IT and using ICP & buyer personas.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align on marketing plans which include direct, face-to-face, virtual, and partner marketing activations such as regional roadshows, sponsorships, and industry initiatives.
  • Own the end-to-end execution of marketing programs including promotions, lead flow, follow-up with SDR team, and continuous improvement based on program effectiveness.
  • Drive programs with top partners (resellers & tech alliances) to build and execute joint marketing plans that showcase shared value.
  • Coordinate and communicate with agencies, vendors, and technology partners to ensure timely, high-quality execution of marketing programs.
  • Manage programs within budget and ensure timely reconciliation with finance.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas to elevate regional marketing efforts.
  • Serve as a main point of contact for regional events, coordination, and assessment.
  • Identify opportunities to engage existing customers and NinjaOne thought leaders through speaking engagements and other activities.
  • Participate in all phases of marketing programs from research and design to coordination, communication, and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS/software marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role focusing on growth, demand generation, customer marketing, or executive programs.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B buyer's journey and ability to build scalable models for enterprise and mid-market/SMB segments within SaaS.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in fast-paced environments with measurable outcomes.
  • Focus on growth, pipeline optimization, revenue generation, ROI, and data-driven decisions.
  • Working knowledge of tools like Salesforce and Tableau; familiarity with Pardot, Salesloft, and Asana is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with initiative and proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate with a global team.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and action-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Pardot, Salesloft, and Asana.
